Email the contact shown below. For account or billing help, include the email used for your account and what you were trying to do. For an app problem, include the page or feature, approximate time, device/browser, and a screenshot if useful. Hide private details you do not want to share. We do not provide 24-hour emergency support or guarantee an answer before an event starts.

For privacy, data export, or deletion, use a subject such as ‘Privacy request’. For a possible security issue, use ‘Security report’ and avoid publishing exploit details or testing on another user’s account. We will ask for appropriate verification where needed, never your password.

Use Plans & billing to open the Stripe portal, update payment information, or cancel renewal. If that does not work, email us. See Refunds & cancellation for refund requests, credit corrections, and your access after a plan ends. Account deletion is separate from stopping renewal; tell us if you want both.

Check that the notes and event are right, then review the actual factors and relationships, not just the final percentage. Change any percentages or importances you disagree with. Pay particular attention to conditional outcomes: an ability to do something is not the same as a likelihood of doing it in this event.

Before placing anything, verify the sportsbook’s odds and settlement rules and decide what you can afford to lose. Noviqor does not place bets for you. An optimizer strategy called Safe is still a betting strategy, not protected money.

Pause before placing another bet if you are chasing losses, borrowing, hiding the amount spent, or betting money needed elsewhere. Consider deposit limits, time-outs, or self-exclusion with your betting provider, and seek support from a qualified local gambling-support service. You can ask us to close your Noviqor account, but that does not block access to sportsbooks or other websites.
